Absolutely, all of the nerds have university degrees in a computing field and membership to the British Computer Society. We have both public liability and professional indemnity insurance to the sum of five million pounds.
It most certainly is! After we've fixed your machine, if the same problem reoccurs (due to no fault of your own), we'll send someone out to fix it properly, for free!

Yes! We can recover passwords from most applications, including Internet Explorer, Windows and wireless networks. WE WILL NOT however, retrieve passwords from a machine or network that you do not own!

How do I obtain a www."your-name-here".com address?
The address that ends with .com/.co.uk/.net/.org etc... is referred to as a domain name. We can buy these for you on your behalf or you can do it yourself, they aren't expensive at all! We recommend 123-reg.co.uk .

All of the remote support sessions are encrypted which in "real english" means that if someone were to somehow intercept the transmission, it would mean absolutely nothing to them.

Drop and Go is our new service that enables customers to drop computers off with us for repair. The advantage of this is that you don't need to allocate a few hours for a nerd to come round.

This has been the debate of many a day at Nerd HQ. We've come to the conclusion that shop fronts are expensive, and by renting an office address, we can keep costs super low and thus ensure that our customers can enjoy the lowest prices around.

Very good, there are fifty free parking spaces around the back of the building and in the unlikely event that they are full, it is situated on a very quiet road.
