I Need a Nerd was founded by Elliott Ingram in 2005 whilst studying for a degree in computer systems engineering at the University of East Anglia. After serving students on campus for a year, it wasn't long before there were many Nerds operating in the homes and businesses of the Norwich community.

Today, ineedanerd.co.uk helps hundreds of people every year to get the most from their computer systems. Our >98% success rate and average callout job time of less than an hour, is testament to our competence, skill and professionalism. Whether it's lost data you need recovered, or a brand new website, we can help you.

As well as home users, we serve several businesses on a day to day basis, ensuring that they are up and running at optimum efficiency every day of the year.

We're proud to hire the best, sourcing our workforce primarily from undergraduates, graduates and postgraduates from the University of East Anglia, as well as other educational institutions throughout the country. We aim to provide a friendly, efficient and unique service that you won't find anywhere else.
